摘要
科学发展观是我党在总结以往各种发展观基础上提出的重大战略思想,是做好新时期各项工作的根本指针。落实科学发展观,有助于树立正确的高校内部审计理念,明确高校内部审计工作重点,进一步为高校宏观调控服务;有助于坚持以人为本,不断提高高校内部审计人员的综合素质;有助于创新高校内部审计工作方法和途径,强化内部审计的监督职能和服务职能,提高高校内部审计质量,促进高校全面、协调、可持续发展。
Carrying out the scientific development view will be helpful to establish the correct audit point, make sure the emphasis in the intemal auditing, and service for the grand control in the university. Basing on the hu- man, trying to develop the wholly qualification of the auditing staff, studying and creating the work methods and means, strengthening the duty of supervision and service, and developing the quality in the intemal auditing will promote the wholly, harmonious and continuing development in the university.
