摘要
采用Profibus现场总线技术设计了卷烟厂制丝线控制系统,介绍了系统的结构和功能.采用Profibus实现了真正的数字化分散控制,不仅实现了现场仪表的远程维护,还节约了大量电缆,提高了系统的可靠性和可扩展性,并实现了更好的管控一体化效果.运行结果表明:新制丝线水分、流量、温度、掺配的稳定性和均匀性都有大幅度提高,各项指标均达到了设计要求.
A Profibus control system and its configuration, function were introduced. This FCS with Profibus has realized the true digitized distributed control. Not only the distance maintenance of field instruments were accomplished, but a lots of signal cables were economized. At the same time, the system reliability and expansibility were largely improved, and the better efficiency of management-control incorporation was achieved. The practical results indication that the stability and uniformity of moisture, flux, temperature and mixture configuration on new line have been improved greatly, and all of the targets have satisfied the design demand.
