摘要
针对多目标水库的特点,建立了四个优化调度目标函数模型。从分析每个模型的可行性着手,采用联解模型的方式,运用逐次优化算法(POA)和遗传算法(GA)推求水库的运行策略。对POA与GA两种方法进行比较,验证计算结果的可靠性。根据求解的优化调度策略和稳定蓄水概率分布图,采用模糊规则确定分区调度图,指导实时调度。运用计算机技术建立考虑时段来水预测的水库优化调度和防洪调度的多目标调度管理系统,部分功能借助于地理信息系统(GIS)实现了可视化。经曲阜市尼山水库的实例验证,该成果具有明显的经济社会效益。
According to the characteristics of multi-objective reservoir, four optimal operation models are set up. By analyzing the feasibility of each model, the operation rules of reservoir are obtained by solving four models based on the progressive optimal algorithm (POA) and genetic algorithm (GA). Comparing the results of POA with GA, the reliability can be proved. Using the fuzzy rules, certain basic principles of reservoir storage operation can be put forward based on the scheme of the optimum reservoir storage. Via the computer technic, a real time operation decision making and management system including optimal operation and flood control of multi-purpose reservoir are set up, and visualization of computational results can been optimal partially realized by means of GIS. As a case study, the operation of Nishan reservoir is analyzed, which brings about tremendous social and economic benefits.
