摘要
目的:应用高效液相色谱法对妇科止带片中盐酸小檗碱进行含量测定。方法:选用Hypersil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),选用0.05mol/L的NaH2PO4溶液:甲醇(53:47)为流动相,检测波长为345nm,流速为1.0m l/m in,柱温:25℃。结果:盐酸小檗碱线性范围为0.07575μg^0.75750μg,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.44%,RSD=0.92%。结论:该测定方法简便、灵敏、可行,可有效控制妇科止带片的质量。
Objective： To determine the content of berberine hydrochloride in Fukezhidai tablet with HPLC. Method： the chromatographic column of Hypersil C18 （250mm ×4.6mm,5μm） was selected, mobile phase： NaH2PO4 （0.05mol/L） ： methanol（53 ： 47） ; detection wavelength ：345 nm ; flow rate： 1.0ml/min; temperature ：25 ℃. Result： the linear range of berberine hydrechloride was 0.07575μ g ～ 0.75750μg, r = 0.9999, with the average recovery 99.44%, RSD = 0.92%. Conclusion： the method is simple, sensitive, can be used to control the quality of Fukezhidai tablet.
