摘要
当前,西部中小企业发展面临瓶颈。西部要缩小与中东部地区的差距,其中小企业只有采取集群式发展模式。在当地政府集群政策的调控和引导下,西部中小企业可采取科技、生态或资源发展对策,走集群化发展道路。
Now the small and median enterprises in West China meet bottlenecks in their development. The only way for the West to keep up with the Middle and the East is to develop the industry clusters. With the adjustment and guidance of the cluster policy by the regional government, the small and medienterprises in West China can form clus ters through the measures of science and technology, ecology, and resources.
