摘要
本研究采用粉末混合烧结法制备永磁MnBi合金。用SEM观察烧结合金的微观组织,以考察MnBi磁性相的成相情况。实验发现,采用粉末混合烧结法很难制备出纯度很高的MnBi永磁合金,烧结后的磁选过程是很必要的。MnBi磁体矫顽力随粒度的降低而提高,扁圆片型坯体的磁性相生成率明显高于传统的圆柱型坯体。对于低温长时间保温处理后的样品其磁粉性能Br=4500Gs;Hci=8700Oe;(BH)max=3.8MGOe。
MnBi alloy was prepared using powder technique. The alloy was investigated by SEM to examine the formation of LTP MnBi. It is concluded from the experiment that it is very difficult to prepare high purity of MnBi alloy, in order to improve the purity, it is necessary to have a magnetic separation after sintering. The coercivity increases with rhe ball milling time. The rate of MnBi magnetic phase of wafer sample is much more than the column one. A MnBi alloy prepared by sintering in low temperature for long rime is examed, the result is Br = 0.45T(4500Gs) ; Ha = 693kA/m (8700Oe) ; ( BH)max = 30.2kJ/m^3 (3.8MGOe).
