摘要
针对某款丰田佳美轿车出现的一例故障现象,经分析认为是其装备的A140E型自动变速器挡位发生变异所导致。从基本检查、时滞试验、主油压检测、动力传动分析、电液系统分析、手动挡试验,直至自动变速器拆检,最终确定故障是3-4挡换挡阀弹簧在维修时错装所致。
There are some troubles in a TOYOTA CAMRY passenger car, the analysis results show that the gear variation of A140E AT is the main reason.From basic check,time-lag test,main oil pressure inspection,power-transmission analysis,electrics and fluid system analysis,manual gear test to AT disassembling inspection,and finally the trouble is found in 3-4 gear for which,the spring of shift valve is assembled incorrectly when maintaining.
