摘要
本文报告了58例具有消化系统受累的系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)病例,占全部病例的58/137(42％)。消化系统主要表现有:食欲不振32％、恶心呕吐31.4％、腹痛10.2％、腹泻12.4％、腹水10.2％、黑便19％、肝肿大14.6％等。我们认为,消化系统受累是SLE病情的一部分,在分析具有消化系统表现的SLE病例时,应注意各类感染及药物副作用所致的胃肠道症状。
58 cases with GI tract symtoms out of 137 cases of SLE (42％) were reported. The major manifestations are: anorexia 32％, nausea and vomiting 31.4％, abdominal pain 10.2％, diarrhea12.4％, ascites 10.2％, melena 19％ and hepatomegaly 14.6％.We presume that the involvement of GI tract is a part of the manifestations of SLE. During the analysis of the individual patient one should rule out the possibility of various kinds of infection and side effects of drugs.
