摘要
对科学管理本质性弱点——忽视人的价值的反思,使管理继经验上升为科学之后,再次面临新的飞跃。伴随着社会的发展,在对科学管理批判继承的基础上,人文管理依托行为科学和人际关系理论成果,逐渐发展成为一个系统的理论体系,同科学管理相比,它在管理理念、管理体制、管理制度和管理方法上形成了自己鲜明的特征。
The scientific management has its weakness which ignores the introspection of the value of people . With the development of society, on the basis of scientific management, and relying on the theory achievement of interpersonal relationships and behavior science, it has developed into a theoretical system. Compared with scientific management, it has formed its own distinct characteristic in managing idea , management system and management method.
