摘要
为了使锂离子蓄电池大型化之后依然保持良好的过充性能,研究了正极材料LiCoO2的不同物理性质对过充性能的影响。结果表明,以5C电流对电池进行充电,充至10V的过程中,造成电池发生爆炸的过充电量只与正极材料的质量大小有关而与负极材料的质量大小无关;LiOH为锂源、合成产物平均粒径为10~11mm、pH≤7的正极材料LiCoO2,其过充性能优良。由此可知,生产LiCoO2材料时,通过控制正极材料LiCoO2的平均粒径和pH值可以改善锂离子蓄电池的过充性能。
With the aim of developing a large-scale lithium ion batteries with safety, we study over-charging of AA size batteries that were fabricated using the physical performance of various LiCoO2 as cathode materials. The results show that the coulomb quantity of 5 C overcharging to 10 V is dependent on the amount of cathode material, other than anode amount. The cathode material synthesized with LiOH, 10-11μm of the average particle size and pH≤7 presented better performances.
