摘要
步进电机式变形监测仪器具有可靠性高、原理直观、适用范围大等优点,在我国的大坝安全监测领域中得到了广泛的应用。但此类仪器目前还存在测量精度低、长导线干扰难以克服等技术难题。介绍了新型步进电机式变形监测仪器的工作原理,由于引入独特的结构设计和采用先进的电子测量技术,仪器的精度提高到0.1mm,较大程度地提升了仪器的技术水平和实用性。
Characterized by high reliability, visual operation principle, wide applications, stepper motor drying dam deformation monitoring instruments have been widly used in our country's water conservancy projects. However, many disadvantages such as poor accuracy,interference caused by long distance singnal transmission are still obvious. In order to solve these problems, a novel stepper motor driving dam deformation monitoring instrument is developed. The operation principle is elaborated. Owing to application of unique structure design and the latest electronic measurement lechniques, its performances are improved and the accuracy can reach ± 0.1 mm, that makes it much more practical than ever.
