摘要
创新是加强和改进职业院枝课堂教学的关键因素。文章立足于职业院枝课堂教学现状，着力于提高教书育人效益，从教学理念、教学模式、师生关系、教学评价、教学管理、教学环境诸方面对课堂教学创新的内涵进行了理性探讨。
Innovation is the key factor to strengthen and improve classroom teaching in vocational colleges. According to the present situation of classroom teaching in vocational colleges and the aim of improving the efficiency of teaching, the paper explores the connotation of classroom teaching innovation by considering the following aspects：teaching ideas, teaching pattern, the relationship between teachers and students,the appraisal of teaching, teaching management and teaching circumstances.
