摘要
为解决行动不便的病人或老年人上下楼的问题,提出了一种经济实用、自行控制的上下楼装置———轨道式爬楼机械装置.介绍了一种新研制出的能够实现空间运动轨迹的传动机构———空间渐开线柱齿环球面齿轮机构,推导了此种齿轮齿廓的参数方程和此种传动机构在楼梯轨道水平方向上运动的最小转弯半径计算公式.在该传动机构的作用下,爬楼机械装置能够实现在空间轨道上运行,适合于在多种结构形式的楼梯上运动.运用动力学仿真软件ADAMS,对装置的总体运动特性进行了仿真,得出了整个装置的动力学特性曲线.通过仿真验证了空间渐开线柱齿环球面齿轮齿条传动机构能够实现空间的运动轨迹.
The stair lift is put forward for the wheelchair users and elderly people. A new transmission mechanism for space track (space involute post-tooth ring-sphere gear mechanism) is developed, the parameter equation of the profile and the minimum turn radius formula in the horizontal direction are calculated out.
