摘要
目的对一起少见的布鲁杆菌素接种反应的原因进行调查，为制定有关对策，避免类似事件发生提供依据。方法采用现场流行病学调查分析，并对收集的数据进行常规统计学处理。结果该村布鲁杆菌素反应率达30．77％，明显高于该县皮试阳性率（0．5％，x^2=128．5272，P〈0．001），布鲁杆菌反应率与年龄（x^2=3．4086，P〉0．05）、性别（x^2=0．1403，P〉0．05）和接触畜种（x^2=1．2792，P〉0．05）等比较未见差异，调查证实接种反应与布鲁杆菌素絮状沉淀、用前未摇匀、菌素开启后时间过长（x^2=30．1762，P〈0．01）或晚间（17～22时）接种（x^2=11．4352，P〈0．001）及和消毒措施不严等因素有关。结论应重视接种前的培训和现场指导，做好接种记录和登记，出现问题及时处理。
[Objective] To investigate the reason for a reaction of Brucellin inoculation and provide basis for preventing the reoccurrence of such incident. [Methods] Epidemiological investigation was made on site; the data was collected and analyzed. [Results] The positive reaction rate was 30.77%, which was significantly higher than that of the skin test （ P 〈 0. 001 ） ; no significant difference was found between the reaction rate and age, sex and animal exposure （ P 〉 0.05）. The reaction was related with the deposition of Brucellin, long exposure to the air, late inoculation （ between 17： 00 and 22： 00 pm） and improper sterilization （ P 〈 0. 001 }. [ Conclusion ] Emphasis should be put on the pre- inoculation training and site instruction.
