摘要
哲学方法可以分为写实和写意两种方法,本文从写意方法出发探讨了“代替型”政治与“代表型”政治的权力来源、合法性基础、权力运行机制以及二者与政治宽容的关系,并分析了从“代替型”政治到“代表型”政治转化过程中政治宽容产生的条件以及可能出现的反复。
The methods of philosophy can be divided into two： the fiteralism manner and the impressionistic manner. In this article, not only the source of rights, the legal foundation and the power system of＂the substitutive-style policy＂ and ＂the representative-style policy＂ have been discussed with the impressionistic manner, but also the relationship between the two policies and political tolerance. It has analyzed the conditions and possible repeat of political tolerance during the process of changing from ＂the substitute-style policy＂ to ＂the representative-style policy＂.
