摘要
目的本研究旨在探讨KAI1、Cath-D、nm23-H1和Her-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理因素的相关性。方法用IHC(免疫组化)方法检测108例乳腺癌患者癌组织中KAI1、Cath-D、nm23-H1和Her-2四种生物学指标的表达,分析这4种生物学指标表达强度之间的相关性及与临床病理因素的相关性。结果KAI1与Cath-D、nm23-H1和Her-2这3种生物学指标表达强度之间呈负相关(P<0.001),而Cath-D、nm23-H1和Her-2这3种生物学指标表达强度之间呈正相关(P<0.001);KAI1在乳腺癌组织中的表达强度与乳腺癌临床病理分期及腋窝淋巴结转移数目呈负相关(P<0.05),而Cath-D、nm23-H1和Her-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达强度与乳腺癌临床病理分期及腋窝淋巴结转移数目呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论KAI1、Cath-D、nm23-H1和Her-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达强度之间存在相关性,且与乳腺癌的临床病理分期及淋巴结转移有关。*
Objective This study was designed to investigate the expressions of KAI1, Cath - D, nm23 - H1, and Her -2 in tissue of breast cancer, their correlations with clinopathological factors, and the correlations among themselves. Methods The expressions of KAI1, Cath - D, nm23 - H1, and Her - 2 in 108 cases of breast cancer were assayed by IHC ( immunohistochemistry), the correlations among themselves and with cliniopathological factors were statistically analyzed. Results The expression of KAI1 had a negative correlation with expressions of Cath - D, nm23 - H1, and Her - 2 ( P 〈 0.001 ), while the expressions of Cath - D, nm23 - H1, and Her - 2 had a positive correlation among themselves( P 〈0.001), the expressions of KAI1 had a negative correlation with clinopathological stage and the number of lymph nodes involved with cancer in the axilla( P 〈 0.05 ) , while the expressions of Cath - D, nm23 - H1, and Her - 2 were on the contrary ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The expressions of KAI1, Cath- D, nm23 -H1, and Her- 2 had correlation among themselves, and correlation with clinical stage and the number of lymph nodes involved with cancer in the axilla.
