摘要
建设社会主义法治国家,不能离开传统法律文化的土壤。通过与现代民主思想的对比可以发现,中国古代民本思想蕴含宝贵的资源。法的现代化过程是法的趋同过程,对传统法律文化资源充分挖掘和正确使用具有重要的现实意义。
In order to build up a socialistic law society, we＇d better to base on the traditional law cultural. Comparing with the modem democratic thoughts, we could happily feel that Chinese traditional people＇s thoughts are rich and valuable resources of our cotmtry. The modernization of the law is the course of convergences, which makes an important practical significance on how to excavate the deep meaning on traditional law cultural and handle it precisely.
