宫内节育器脱落相关因素的研究 被引量:21

摘要 宫内节育器(IUD)是当今最有效,安全,经济的避孕工具之一。分为惰性IUD和活性IUD两大类,前者因脱落率和带器妊娠率高已逐步淘汰,后者可缓慢释放金属离子,药物,磁性物质,孕激素,显著提高避孕效果。但因IUD本身,使用者和放置者等多种因素使得IUD脱落无法避免,从而在很大程度上影响了避孕效果。通过阐述影响IUD脱落的有关因素,了解脱落的机理,进而有助于在临床以及基础研究工作中进行改进,减少IUD脱落,为使用者带来方便和健康。
