摘要
本文重点介绍了采用不用铸造方式生产锰铁合金的组织与相的差异。通过扫描电镜和衍射分析方法对连续成型的锰铁合金及模铸生产锰铁合金的不同位置进行了组织与相进行了分析,发现不同铸造方法以及模铸生产的合金由于不同部位的冷却速度不同都会对合金的组织与相产生影响。并初步探讨了引起这种差异的原因进而认识到连续成型技术生产铁合金的优势。
The differences of phase and structure of manganese ferroalloy from different molding process are emphatically introduced. It is analysised that the phase and structure of manganse ferroalloy from constinuous casting and from different position of mould casting through scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. It is discovered that the effect on phase and structure of manganse ferroalloy from different molding process and position of mould casting which result in different cooling speed. The reason causing the difference of phase and structure is discussed. So, the advantage of continuous casting ferroalloy is showed.
