摘要
发动机缸心距确定后,其曲轴单拐的纵向结构参数如何分配对曲轴的刚度、强度、重量、体积及寿命有着极其重要的影响.本文利用有限元静力分析方法和结构形状优化设计方法,对曲轴单拐纵向结构参数进行了灵敏度分析和优化设计,为某型号发动机曲轴结构设计提供了理论计算依据.
If the distance bwtween cylinders in an engine is determined the assignment of lengthwise structural parameters of crankshaft is very important to itsrigidity, strength, weight, volume and service life. In this paper, using FEM andstructural shape optimhation method, an optimhation design and sensitivity analysis of lengthwise structural parameters of crankshaft are mace, which providedcalculating data for the structural design of an engine crankshaft.
