摘要
USB作为一种新的PC机互连协议,因其诸多优点,有逐渐取代RS232串口,成为计算机和外设标准接口之趋势。本文详细介绍了利用USB总线与RS232串行线建立计算机与数控机床通信联网方案,同时给出USB/RS-232接口转换卡设计及串行通信软件设计的方法。该联网系统工作可靠、效率高,在数控实习中心的联网使用中取得了较好的效果。
USB is a new PC interconnection protocol and has many advantages, It is a tendency that USB replaces the RS232 as computer and peripheral standard interface. The scheme of establishing computer and CNC machine communtication network with USB and RS232 serial bus was introduced, the design method of USB/RS232 converter and the serial communication software was presented, The system is convenient and efficient, it has got a good effect in the application of CNC center network.
