摘要
大批量定制在快速响应客户需求设计产品的同时,也要求快速响应客户需求实现大批量定制生产。文章实现了一种配合CAD系统中产品快速变型设计的NC指令快速成型解决方案,解决了基于事物特性表的NC主文档的编制中G代码模版设计、基于特征的加工参数识别等关键技术。
For an enterprise which manufactures in order to meet customer＇s requirements quickly, it is a must to implement MC-oriented CAM System. This paper deals with a NC quick-building solution based on NC template which gears to CAD＇s fast designing system .The G-code template building method based on the Tabular Layouts of Article Characteristics, machining parameters recognition based on Characteristics are discussed in detail in the paper.
