摘要
报告了应用颞浅筋膜瓣完成的４例颞下颌关节强直的５侧颞下颌关节高位截骨成形术。介绍了手术设计和手术方法，讨论了颞浅筋膜瓣在颞下颌关节成形术中应用的优点，分析了手术成功的因素。
his paper reported the experince of 5 arthroplasty of temporo,mandibular joint with surperficial temporal fascia flap for ankylosis of temporo-mandibular joint in 4 patients.The operation design and method were introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of transplating surperficial fascia flap in arthroplasty of temporo一mandibular joint were disussed and the successful factors of this operation were analysed.
