摘要
为对我院临床感染菌１０ａ变迁作了回顾性分析，培养血、尿。痰。脓汁。体液及其它标本共３６１９２件，分离感染菌１００９７株，分离率２９．４％，其中主要感染菌有铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷白氏菌。大肠埃希氏菌。金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、肠球菌、醋酸钙不动杆菌等，并进行了常用抗生素药敏试验耐药性观察。结果示，我院１０ａ来感染菌以革兰氏阴性杆菌。铜绿假单胞菌。肺炎克雷白氏菌。大肠埃希氏菌为主，其次为革兰氏阳性球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌感染；肠球菌的感染也在上升。
For the study of the change of strains of bacteria causing cross-infection in China-Japan Friendship hospital in past decade,10-year bacteriologic reports for the bacteria cul-ture of the patients samples of blood,urine,sputum,pus,body fluids and others,were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed.Of all those 36 192 samples.10097 infectious strains were isolated,with the isolated rate of 29.4%.The main species were P,aerugi-nosa,K,pneumoniae,E.coli.S.aureus,S.epidermidis,Enterococcus spp.Acineto-bacter sppl etc,Antimicrobial susceptibility of the major antibiotics to these bacteria were dso studied.
