摘要
“文明开化”政策是日本明治维新时期推行的三大基本国策之一,是日本从传统社会向近代社会转型的重要内容。从狭义上说,“文明开化”包括学习西方的教育制度、科学技术、及生活习俗等诸方面内容。并且“西学”的过程呈现出不同于别国的特点。最终,“欧化”的过程使日本走上了资本主义道路,成为近代历史上亚洲唯一保持民族独立的国家。
During ＂Minzi＂period, ＂becoming civilized＂ policy was one of the three basic national policies transforming Japan from the traditional society toward the modem society. ＂Becoming civilized＂ policy in narrow sense, comprising content on how to learn western educational system, science techniques and customs etc. The process of＂ learning from the west＂ presented characteristics that differing from other countries. In the end, the process of ＂Europeanizing＂ made Japan walk up the capitalism road, and become the only independent nation in Asia during the modern times.
