摘要
采用地龙为主药的生化提取液治疗支气管哮喘急性发作(治疗组),并与舒喘灵组随机对照(对照组).临床观察治疗组100例,对照组30例.结果表明,地龙液能改善呼吸困难症状和肺功能(FEVC)(FEV_1),总有效率77%,有效病例平均起效时间(X±δb)为8.1039±4.4709分,与西药对照组疗效相近.在临床观察过程中。
Extractive of lumbricus was applied to treat 100 cases of acute attack of bronchial asthma. 30 cases with same disease treated with salbutamol served as controls. Results showed that extractive of lumbricus could improve dyspnea and pulmonary functions (FEVCXFEV_1) of the patients. The total effective rate of the treated group was 77%. The patients in treated group got effectiveness at average time(x±δb) of 8.1039±4. 4709 h. Statistical analysis showed that the effect of the treated group was similar with that of control group. In the treatment, no allergic reaction was found.
