摘要
在织造生产中,经纱张力的控制对提高织造效率、控制织物质量等具有重要意义。提出了一种基于32位微处理器MC68331的经纱张力控制系统方案,并概述了控制系统的构成,重点分析了系统模块设计和软件设计。该控制系统已用于JZⅡ型剑杆织机上,对提高织物质量取得了显著的效果。
In the looming process, the control of the warp tension plays an important role in improving the waving efficiency and the quality of the textile. In this paper, a scheme of the warp tension control system is put forward, which is based on the 32 - bit micro-processor MC68331. The structure of the micro-processor MC68331 is introduced. The composition of the warp tension control system is explained. The design of the module and software of the control system is described. The final results of the design have been applied to JZ -Ⅱ rapier loom, which has brought about remarkable improvement of the quality of the textile.
