摘要
产业集群是开发区生命力的源泉。开发区多产业集聚,即集合产业集群的发展,为各地区、乃至全国的经济发展起到了极为重要的带动作用。然而,在一些开发区仍然存在着产业集群中“有企业,没产业”,或者有产业集聚,但产业与产业之间缺乏关联度、甚至没有关联度,使区域经济效益低下的状况。针对这一状况提出,开发区应结合区域实际,科学合理地进行产业定位和规划产业布局,并通过创新招商模式,有机聚合主导产业,营造良好的发展环境,提升区域集合产业集群效应。
Industry cluster is the source of vitality for development zones. By accumulating different industry clusters, development zones play a significant role in upgrading regional and national economy. However, in some development zones, enterprises fail to form a certain duster or clusters lack even lose connection with enterprises, whichleads to low effi ciency of regional economy. To solve this problem ,this thesis puts forward that development zones should make a rational position and distribution of industry in accordance with their own situation. What＇s more, development zones should innovate investment promotion mode,assemble pillar industries rationally, create decent external environment and enhance the effect of regional composite industry - clusters.
