摘要
目的了解某灯饰玻璃厂矽肺病发病情况。方法对某灯饰玻璃厂216名接尘工人进行矽肺横断面流行病学调查。结果喷砂等作业场所粉尘污染严重,喷砂工序粉尘平均浓度为14.3mg/m3,超过短时间接触容许浓度13.3倍,粉尘游离二氧化硅含量为86.15%,14名喷砂工被诊断为矽肺7例,其中Ⅰ期1例,Ⅱ期6例。结论矽肺是危害灯饰玻离生产工人健康的主要职业病,必须采取综合防尘措施,减少矽肺病的发生。
Objective To explore the status of occupational disease in lamp glass workers. Methods A cross-sectional epidemiological study was carried out in 216 dust-exposed workers in an lamp glass making factory. The dust concentration in the workshop and free SiO2 content of the dust samples were measured. Chest X-ray examination was applied to the workers exposed to dust. Results The mean dust concentration in polishing site was 14.3 mg/m^3 , 13.3 folds higher than the permissible concentration-short term exposure limit(PC-STEL) , and the content of free SiO2 was 86. 15%. Seven cases(50% ) were diagnosed as silicosis, including Ⅰcase of stage I and 6 cases of stage Ⅱ. Conclusion Silicosis might be a major disease affecting glass lamp workers' health.
