摘要
介绍了负压射孔时需采用井筒降液面工艺,简要说明了目前降液面方法存在的问题。通过研制配套工具,设计出多功能井筒降液面工艺管柱。该工艺管柱在现场应用10井次,施工成功率100%,有效率100%;根据不同井深,该工艺管柱最大可实现一次降液面深度1500~2500m;其配套管柱及附件可在多井反复使用,平均单井节约成本5万元以上;该工艺管柱操作简便,效果好,有着十分广阔的推广应用前景。
The process used for reducing liquid level in wellbores for underbalanced perforation is introduced, the problems existed in liquid-level reduction are briefly described. Through the development of matching tools, a multi-function process tubing string is designed for reducing the liquid level. It is used in 10 wells with 100% of success rate and 100% of effective rate. The maximum liquid-level reducing depth of 1 500~2 500 m can be achieved based on different well depth, its matching tubing strings and accessories can be repeatedly used, by which average single well cost SO thousand Yuan RMB is saved. The process tubing string is of easy operation with good effect of application, it has wide prospects of application.
