摘要
介绍了一种分布式金刚石电镀自动控制系统。分析了系统的主要构成与工作原理,讲解了系统控制软件的主要功能.给出了该系统的技术性能:最大榆出电流0.5—30A.输出脉冲5~5000Hz。占空比5%~100%。步进电机转速1~30r/min.电镀液温度为室温~85℃,段时间不低于5min。应用结果表明,该系统技术成熟,可以满足金刚石直流电镀和脉冲电镀工艺的特殊要求。
A distributed automatic control system for diamond electroplating was introduced. The composition and working principle of the system were analysed, and it's functions were explained. The technical performances of the system were also presented: the peak output current is 0.5 - 30 A, output pulse is 5 -5 000 Hz, duty ratio is 5% - 100%, rotating speed of stepping motor is 1 - 30 r/min, bath temperature is 20 - 85 ℃, work time is more than 5 min. The applications show that the system is a proven technique and can satisfy the demand of diamond direct and pulse electroplating.
