摘要
肝移植术后胆道并发症的发生与多种因素有关,其中胆道重建的技术性因素是不可忽视的重要原因之一。目前,胆道重建仍存在着若干问题,如胆道重建方式、是否放置T管、缝合方法,以及材料的选择、如何保证胆道的血供、活体肝移植中胆道重建的特殊性等,本文就这些问题作一综述。
