摘要
提出了一种处理水轮机综合特性曲线的三维曲面可视化建模方法。作为算例,建立了某水电站混流式水轮机模型综合特性曲线的可视化三维图形,并运用等值线法还原为等效率线与模型综合特性曲线进行对比。结果表明,运用该方法生成的数据误差小、精度满足工程要求。该方法简单易行,物理意义明确直观,特别适用于水轮机选型设计及水力机组水力过渡过程计算。
This paper presents a 3D visualized surface modeling method that deals with synthetic characteristic curve for turbine. As a case study, this paper constructs a 3D visualization model for Francis a hydro-turbine synthetic characteristic curve of a hydropower station, which is changed into an iso-efficiency curve by isoline method, and compared with synthetic characteristic curve of the model. The results prove that the error of the data calculated by the method is smaller and the accuracy can meet the need of the project. The method is easy to use and its physical meaning is clear, especially suited for hydro turbine type design and computer interpolation in hydraulic transient calculation for hydroelectric generation sets.
