摘要
我院自１９８４年１月至１９９３年１２月共行心脏瓣膜置换术６３２例，其中１２例因人工心脏瓣膜失功而进行再次人工心脏瓣膜置换术。失功的主要原因为人工生物瓣衰败和人工机械瓣卡瓣。术后早期死亡５例，死亡原因为术后低心排出量综合征、多脏器功能衰竭和严重感染。
From January 1984 through December 1993,632 patients underwent heart valve replacement in our hospital,and 12 of them received prosthetic valve reimplantation because of prosthetic valve dysfunction,The main causes of dysfunction were bioprosthetic valve failure and mechanical valve disorder.of 12 reimplanted cases 5 cases died in the short-term after operation because of low cardiac output syndrome,multiple organ failure and severe infection.
