摘要 采用微波固化技术,制备了环氧树脂/聚氨酯梯度功能材料(EP/PU)FGM。分别采用扫描电镜(SEM)和傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)对该梯度材料的形貌、结构进行了表征;并对材料的玻璃化转变温度和机械性质进行了测定。该FGM厚11·2mm,PU和EP层分别为2mm,过渡部分每层约为1mm。沿梯度方向,弹性模量变化范围可从0·069GPa到3·2GPa,玻璃化转变从160℃到-54℃,拉伸强度沿梯度方向也呈现渐变,从4·65MPa到64·8MPa。 The eppxy resin/polyurethane (EP/PU) functionally graded materiai (FGM) was prepared by microwave curing, DSC, FT-IR and SEM were used to characterize the morpholgy and structure of the FGM respectively, and the Tg and mechanical properties of the FGM were determined. The thickness of the FGM was 11.2 mm, those of PU and EP were 2 mm respectively, and that of each layer of the transition part was 1 mm. The modulus, Ts and tensile strength of the FGM were changed stepwise along the gradient direction. From the top (EP layer) to bottom (PU layer), the change range of modulus was from 0.069 GPa to 3.2 GPa, that of Ts from 160 ℃ to - 54 ℃, and that of the tensile strength from 4.65 MPa to 64.8 MPa along the gradient direction.
