摘要
研究了内分泌干扰物己烯雌酚(DES)在波长为254nm的紫外光照射下的光分解。研究表明,紫外光直接光解可以有效去除水中DES,其光降解效率受水的pH值和辐射光源的影响。在pH3~10范围内,初始浓度为37.3μmol/L的DES光降解效率随pH值提高而增大;pH 10时,紫外光照射40m in,DES的降解率可达98.7%。DES的光降解反应在浓度18.6 ̄186μm ol/L范围内符合准一级动力学规律,其光降解反应半衰期为20.6min。GC-MS联机分析表明DES紫外光降解的主要中间产物包括羟基化DES、DES半邻醌和对羟基苯基乙基酮等,这些中间产物可以进一步发生光解而被去除。
UV-light induced photodegradation of diethylstilbestrol (DES), an important environmental disruptor, was investigated in this work under an UV disinfection lamp with wavelength 254nm. The results showed that UV-light could effectively decompose DES and the photodegradation efficiency was dependent on the initial pH value of water and irradiation sources. Over the pH range of 3 - 10, the photodegradation efficiency of 37.3μmol/L DES increased with pH value, and reached to 98.7% at pH 10 after radiation for 40 min. The photodegradation of DES was a pseudo first order reaction over the concentration range of 18.6-186μmol/L, the half life was 20.6 min. GC-MS analysis showed that the primary intermediates of DES photodegradation were hydroxylated DES, DES-semi quinone and 1- (4-hydroxyphenyl)-propan-l-one. These intermediates are susceptive to be decomposed and removed under UV-light.
