摘要
从参量互作用基本方程出发,导出表面波声光效应的耦合波方程,再将电光效应视作微扰,分别考虑晶体压电效应产生的交变电场和外加直流电场的影响,对此方程进行修正,得到表面波声电光效应耦合波方程。通过求解方程,得出衍射效率计算公式。由于表面波声电光器件多了一个信号输入端口,使用起来更加灵活,在实时信号处理中,如相关、卷积、匹配滤波、频谱分析、矩阵光计算等领域具有广阔应用前景。
In this paper Coupled-wave equations of acousto-optic (AO) effect using surface-acoustic-wave (SAW) is given from basic equation of the parameter interaction. Considering influences of electro-optic (EO) effect, the equations are revised into Coupled-wave equations of acousto-electro-optic (AEO) effect using SAW. We discussed two kinds of electric fields, one is an alternating electric field caused by SAW of the piezoelectric crystal and the other is periodic direct electric field by additional voltages. A formula of diffraction efficiency of the SAW AEO effect is given through solving these equations. There is an additional input end in SAW AEO device, so it can be used flexibly. The device has found applications in real time signal processing, for example correlation, convolution, match filter, spectrum analysis and optic vector calculation.
