摘要
利用长自回归计算残差的建模策略建立向量 ARMA 模型的方法,对滚齿机分度链动态传动误差建立二维 ARMA 模型,在 IBM-PC 微型计算机上进行了模拟补偿,结果误差下降48.8%。对长自回归建模法与比较成熟的 DDS 法进行了可靠性比较。
Using the modelling method of long autoregressive for multidimensional ARMA model,the two-dimensional ARMA model of the dynamic error for Hobbing machine's transmission system is set up.The simulant compensation is also performed on the IBM-PC microcomputer and the error is decreased by 48.8%.The long autoregressive method is compared with DDS modelling method.The results are identical well.
