摘要
观察复方巴戟天合剂对股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效。选择符合中西医诊断标准的临床门诊病人87例,按就诊顺序分以复方巴戟天合剂的治疗组和仙灵骨葆的对照组,总疗程90天,同时进行治疗前后疼痛积分变化、治疗组与对照组疗效、治疗前后血脂及血液流变学等一系列统计分析比较。结果显示:治疗前后疼痛积分变化有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率为97.7%,对照组为81.8%,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗前后血脂及血液流变学比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。说明复方巴戟天合剂能有效的改善股骨头缺血性坏死的临床症状。
Objective： observe the clinical curative effect of Compound morinda root mist on the avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Methods： 87 outpatient with the avascular necrosis of the femoral head were divided into treatment group and control group, the course of the treatment was 90 days. The accumulated points of pain between prior treatment and post treatment, blood fat and blood rbeology of prior treatment and post treatment, curative effect of treatment group and control group were studied and statistically analyzed. Results： there was significant difference in the accumulated points of pain between prior treatment and post treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group is 97.7%, that of the control group is 81.8%. there was great change in blood fat and blood rbeology between prior treatment and post treatment. Conclusions： Compound morinda root mist can effectively improve the clinical symptom of the avascular necrosis of the femoral head.
