摘要
目的总结189例体外循环心内直视手术后的呼吸道管理经验。方法术后加强机械通气管理,除常规观察外应从视、听、测三方面加强观察。掌握吸痰指征,遵循科学吸痰的原则和方法,良好的湿化及有效体疗。结果本组发生呼吸道并发症5例,其中2例肺不张,2例肺部感染,1例低氧血症,其余均未发生呼吸道并发症,平均住院时间25±1.2 d后痊愈出院。结论体外循环对肺功能状态有明显负面影响,术后加强呼吸道管理非常重要。
Objective To summary the management experiences of breath tract after 189 cases outerbody cycle innerheart straight operation. Methods The management of mechanism breath should be strengtbed , the inspection on sec, listen, measure aspects should be. strengthed besides routine inspections. It should be done to grasp the index of absorbing phlegm, abide by the scientific principle and methods of absorbing phlegm , the better Wetlize and effective treatment. Results 5 cases breath tract complication （ 2 cases atelectasis, 2 cases lung infection, 1 case hyperoxygenemia ）, the rest no complication whose duration in hospital is 25 ± 1.2 d, and cure to leave hospital. Conclusion The outerhody cycle has negative effect on the lung function, to strength the management of breath tract after operation is very important.
