摘要
介绍了价值工程的原理，以徐州市某综合楼空调冷热源方雍的选择为例，提出了四种空调冷热源方案比较中各项功能指标的确定和评分方法，运用价值工程评价方法得出了最优方案。
The principle of value engineering is introduced. Taking the choice of heat/cold source scheme of air conditioning for some synthesis building in Xuzhou city as the example, the determination of each function target and the grade method within the comparison of 4 kind of the heat/cold sources scheme for air conditioning are explained. Using the method of value engineering, the most superior scheme is obtained.
