摘要
目的探讨氨甲喋呤(MTX)单次肌肉注射联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效及适应证。方法对90例异位妊娠患者单次肌肉注射MTX 50mg/m2,同时口服米非司酮,50mg次/,3次/d,连服3d,定期监测血HCG及B超检查。结果90例异位妊娠中82例治疗成功,治愈率91%。结论氨甲喋呤单次肌肉注射联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠安全有效,无不良反应,疗效与治疗前HCG水平有密切关系,与治疗前包块大小也有明显关系。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect on the treatment of ectopic pregnancy by Mifcpristone and MTX. Methods Chose 90 ectopic pregnancy patients and had a single intramuscular injection with 50mg/m^2 MTX and 50mg Mifepristone po Bid, 3 times/day seperately for 3 days supervision of HCG and B - uhrasound were done. Results Among 90 cases, 82 cases cured. The cure rate of combination of Mifepristone and MTX was 91%. Conclusion The treatment of ectopic pregnancy with combination of MTX and Mifepristone is convenient, safe, effective and has less side effects. The effects is closely related to the level of HCG before treatment.
