摘要
通过研究填料的含量和几何形状等因素对聚合物基复合材料导热率的影响规律,建立了三相复合材料导热率的理论模型,模型预测值与文献试验结果吻合较好。基于此模型分析了填料的体积分数、导热率以及填料和基体间的相对导热率等因素对复合材料导热率的影响,认为填料相的导热率对复合材料导热率的影响大于基体相。
The theoretical model for predicting the thermal conductivity of three-phase polymer-based composites was established by considering the content and shape of the fillers. The predicting results were comparable well with the published experimental results. The effects of volume fraction and thermal conductivity of the fillers and the relative conductivity of the fillers to the matrix polymer on the thermal conductivity of a composite were analyzed. The results show that the thermal conductivity of a filler has stronger effect than that of the matrix polymer on the thermal conductivity of a composite.
