摘要
分析了激光晶体中三向侧面抽运光的强度分布;在三向侧面抽运结构下,增加了光纤束耦合LD端面抽运,尝试用侧面抽运提高激光输出的功率,用端面抽运来改善输出激光的光束质量,并对此进行了实验研究。结果表明,加上端面抽运后,对侧面抽运下激光输出的光束质量有明显的改善作用,并存在一个最佳匹配抽运功率。
The intensity distribution of three side - puming light is analyzed inside laser crystal. End - pumping is added in the condition of three side-pumping; the side- pumping light is used to increase output power and the end - pumped light to improve the beam quality d the side- pumped laser. The experiments are made to study the solid - state laser multi - direction pumped by LD. The results show that the optical beam quality d the side- pumped laser is notable improved by adding end - pumped light , there is an optimum matching power value.
