摘要
随着空调的普及以及人们健康意识的逐步增强,空调清洗日益引起人们的重视。通过对空调清洗剂配方中表面活性剂、溶剂、杀菌除螨剂、防腐蚀剂等原料的系统研究,结果发现采用1．0％AEO-9[(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯 (9)醚]和0．5％的AMP(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯)表面活性剂组合,同时复配4％CS-1溶剂,产品具有优异的去污能力;添加0．4％的R 301和0．05％的凯松CG,无论对螨虫还是金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、霉菌等都有很好的杀灭效果;此外添加三乙醇胺和R 1可大大减少产品的腐蚀性,使本产品达到无腐蚀级别。
The cleansing of the air-condition has been paid more and more attention to as the health consciousness of people become more and more strengthened with the popularization of the air-condition.The surfactant,solvent,bactericide,anticorrosion ingredients in the formulstion of the air-condition were studied systematically,the excellent ability of decontamination showed with the addition of 1% AEO-9 and 0.5% MP combined with 4% CS-1,and the good killing effect to the staphylococcus mreus,colibacillus,mildew showed with the sddition of 0.4% R301 and 0.05% kabon CG,furthermore,the corrosion will be reduce largely with the addition of triethanolamine and R1.
