摘要
对面料和粘合衬布进行力学性能的测试,同时结合生产厂家提供的面料与粘合衬布的基本数值进行参数分析与选择,根据测得的粘合效果各数值将粘合质量分为好、中、差3类。在上述基础上对所得到的结果进行数理统计分析,建立了面料和粘合衬力学性能与特征参数数值在配伍好和中的前提下的95%置信区间,并根据得到的数据绘制了面料与粘合衬进行配伍的各参数分布范围控制图,将此控制图实际应用于服装生产过程得到了良好效果。
The mechanical properties which were tested first and basic values of fabrics and fusible interlinings were selected and analyzed. The qualities of fusible composites were classified into three groups: good, medium and bad. The concluded values were dealt with mathematical method and the 95% range of mechanical properties and characteristic parameters of fabric and fusible interlinings was obtained. According to the 95 % range, the charter of the fabrics and fusible interlinings was constructed and the apparel industry was gained good results according to this chater.
