摘要
利用火焰原子吸收法直接测定枣中样品中的钙、铁、锰、锌的含量。结果表明乐陵小枣中的钙、锰比圆红大枣中的含量高,而圆红大枣中的锌、铁的含量高,不同的枣中微量元素的含量有一定的差别。
Calcium, iron, manganese and zinc in sample jujubes were directly determined by the flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). The results showed that the content of calcium and manganese in Laoling jujube was higher than that in Yuanhong jujube, while the content of iron and zinc in the former was lower than that in the latter.
