摘要
冷战是第二次世界大战结束后国际社会中持续时间最长同时也是最重大的历史事件。各国学术界对冷战起源问题的研究从未终止,但始终对冷战的爆发时间莫衷一是。文章认为,冷战的爆发与两极格局的确立交织在一起,对冷战爆发问题研究的症结在于对国际格局的不同定义及对两极格局形成的不同认识上。对格局定义及形成标志的模糊认知将对冷战爆发的判断造成直接影响。国际格局包括国际战略关系格局与力量关系格局。两极格局的形成与冷战的爆发是相伴而生的。
There was a cold war, a period of intense hostility without actual war. The cold war lasted for decades, but when the cold war breaks out is still a suspect problem. We learn more if we can not look beyond international pattern and examine its process, the regnlar pattern of interactions among the states. Because international pattern is one of the basic requirements of international harmony. The article tries to take on a new analytic way on the origins of the cold war on the basis of bipolarity pattern include international power panern and international strategy pattern.
