摘要
工艺基准的选择是工艺规程设计的重要内容.为实现工艺基准选择的规范化和自动化,并在调整法加工中保证零件的距离尺寸精度和相对位置关系精度,本文设计了计算机辅助定位基准、工序基准、测量基准选择的全自动系统.并在零件信息输入方面提出了零件立体形状矩阵描述的新方法.
it is important in the technology planning design to select technology basis. Inorder to realize the standardization and automation of the selection of the technology basisand ensure the precision of the distance and face to face relationship between each twofaces of the processed part by using adjustment method,this paper stated the automatic selection system of computer aided location basis,process basis and measure basis. It is advanced the matrix method to describe the stereo shape of the processed part.
