摘要
本文从摩擦学角度,以粘着理论为依据,用数理统计方法,对零件加工表面结构的独立单体-微凸体的峰谷曲率半径的大小;沿高度支承面积的变化,以及接触变形过程中塑性指数的力学性质等进行了深入的分析,揭示了零件加工表面与技术性能、使用寿命、工作可靠性及成本有看密切的关系.从而,为合理选择微观形状精度-表面粗糙度的设计与制造方法,提供了理论依据.
From point of view of friction and on the basis of adherence theory the redius ofpeak curvature of indipendent monomer-microprotrusion on surface structure of cuttedpart,the change of bearing area along the height and the mechanical charater of plastic index in process of touch deforming were deeply analyzed by using mathematical statisticalmethod. It discovered the close relation between the surface of cutted part and its technicalperformance, life time,reliability and cost. Therefore,the theoretical evidence was providedfor selecting the design and manufacturing method of micro-form precision-surfaceroughness.
